As a yoga therapist and mental health worker, I am dedicated to creating safe, affirming spaces for healing, with particular focus on supporting BIPOC and LGBTQ+ community members in their journey through trauma recovery, anxiety, depression, and other mental health experiences. I center the lived experiences and intersectional identities of historically marginalized communities while offering trauma-informed, culturally responsive care.
In our work together, we’ll collaborate on a personal assessment that honors your full identity and lived experience, developing a customized therapeutic approach that acknowledges and nurtures all aspects of your being that seek healing and liberation
